Software Engineer Intern (TikTok AI Search & Visual Search Infra Team) - 2027 Summer

What you'll do

• Design and improve search infrastructure, including indexing, retrieval, ranking, and data-processing systems.
• Develop search-agent and RAG platforms, and deploy and optimize LLM/VLM training and inference.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver AI-powered and visual search features and explore emerging search technologies.

• Strong programming skills and a solid foundation in data structures and basic algorithms.
• Familiarity with Linux and proficiency in at least one of C++, Java, Python, or Go.
