Software Engineer - Recommendation Infrastructure, Agentic Engineering

What you'll do

• Improve observability, automation, reliability, iteration speed, cost, and serving performance for recommendation infrastructure.
• Design closed-loop agentic systems for diagnosis, optimization, execution, validation, and verification of engineering changes.
• Optimize computing frameworks, storage, distributed infrastructure, and runtime systems for recommendation workloads; collaborate with algorithm teams.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience building scalable backend, distributed, infrastructure, or high-performance online systems.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of C++, C, Go, or Java.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and distributed systems; experience with performance analysis, debugging, reliability, or large-scale service optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation, search, advertising, machine learning, or large-scale online-serving infrastructure; production C++ performance optimization.
• Experience with Flink, Spark, Kafka, AI agents, LLMs, workflow orchestration, or closed-loop engineering automation.
