Strategy Product Manager Intern (TikTok-Platform Responsibility) - 2027 Summer

What you'll do

• Assist with redesigning Human Moderation workflows, including task allocation, prioritization, processing efficiency, and moderator experience.
• Develop and monitor metrics for review efficiency, quality, and operational collaboration, and support strategy updates based on results.
• Analyze moderation risks and workflow bottlenecks, and contribute to the design and iteration of LIVE Safety features and workflows.

What they ask for

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in computer science, analytics, Information Technology/System, or a related discipline.
• Foundational understanding of safety, product management, or product design through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Basic proficiency with analytical tools and data sense from coursework, projects, or relevant experience.
• Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teammates on pipeline design or SOP training.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, moderation, LIVE, or risk control.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven detection or recommendation systems and their limitations in adversarial or real-time contexts.
