Strategy Product Manager Project Intern (TikTok-Platform Responsibility) - 2026 Start

What you'll do

• Assist with optimizing human moderation queues, including task allocation, prioritization, efficiency, and moderator experience.
• Help build and monitor metrics for review efficiency, quality, and operational collaboration, and support strategy iteration.
• Analyze moderation risks and bottlenecks and contribute to the design and iteration of LIVE Safety features and workflows.

What they ask for

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science, analytics, information technology/system, or a related discipline.
• Available to work five days a week for at least six months.
• Foundational understanding of safety, product management, or product design through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Basic proficiency with analytical tools and data sense; good cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, moderation, LIVE, or risk control.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven detection or recommendation systems and their limitations in adversarial or real-time contexts.

AI focus

The team uses large language and multimodal models to improve content-review efficiency, risk control, and user trust; the intern may have exposure to AI/ML-driven detection or recommendation systems.
