Supports TikTok’s Global Functions recruiting team across the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring insights.
What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates, and create market mappings and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records in the ATS, and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards and support recruiting projects and process improvements.
