What you'll do
- Help define candidate profiles and calibrate talent needs with hiring managers and recruiters across English- and Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Assist with sourcing strategies, candidate outreach, and pipeline development using channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
