Leads rapid response to high-risk Trust & Safety incidents, containing harmful content and improving safety operations through data analysis, automation, and AI.
What you'll do
- Coordinate incident response, conduct proactive sweeps, and contain high-risk content, primarily for LATAM and Brazil escalations.
- Analyze data and build dashboards to monitor risks and improve operations; prototype and scale scripts, automations, and AI agents.
