Leads a team responsible for governance policies, risk reduction, and customer and business experience across TikTok Local Services’ US Dining ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Lead a small governance and experience team and develop data-driven policies and strategies for US Local Services Dining.
- Reduce risks involving merchants, listings, creators, content, fulfillment, platform losses, and incentive abuse; manage user feedback and service experience strategies.
- Monitor ecosystem health, investigate issues and emergencies, and partner with Algorithm, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to improve it.
