What you'll do
- Develop and execute warehouse automation plans and lead capital projects from business case through commissioning.
- Re-engineer fulfillment workflows using Lean methods and improve labor productivity, service, and quality KPIs.
- Deliver cost savings through automation, packaging, carrier, slotting, and waste-reduction initiatives; coordinate with U.S. operations and Chinese headquarters.
