About the job
Develops and implements policies, strategies, and operational workflows to improve creator governance and the quality, safety, and health of TikTok Shop’s content ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Develop content and creator governance policies, including approaches to account health, violations, rewards, and penalties.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Ops, Product, and Moderation to launch strategies, establish feedback loops, and monitor ecosystem health.
- Train stakeholders on new policies and troubleshoot high-priority cases.
