What you'll do
- Drive new product introductions from planning through launch, coordinating system integration, testing, SOPs, and operations training.
- Identify supply chain and fulfillment gaps through audits and root-cause analysis, and lead process or system improvements.
- Support facility and operational readiness, monitor launch KPIs, manage risks, and develop SOPs and WMS training materials.
