Supervises daily sort-center warehouse operations, staffing, performance, safety, and team development to meet throughput and service-level goals.
What you'll do
- Lead inbound, warehouse-flow, and outbound operations; ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Plan and allocate labor, monitor operational metrics, and address bottlenecks or disruptions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams, and coach frontline leads and associates.
