Supports US linehaul operations improvement projects for TikTok Shop through performance analysis, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Analyze carrier and linehaul performance, identify operational issues, and support root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, requirements, and project documentation; track milestones and follow-up actions.
- Support system and process improvements, carrier onboarding, peak readiness, and network changes in collaboration with partner teams.
