What you'll do
- Support fulfillment processes, track operational KPIs, and assist with performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners.
- Analyze forecasts, capacity, labor needs, and performance to support capacity planning and peak-season readiness.
- Contribute to process improvement, cross-functional projects, and standardized SOPs and reporting tools.
