What you'll do
- Support fulfillment operations and track KPIs, including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost.
- Assist with fulfillment center and 3PL performance reviews, capacity planning, and peak-season readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, cross-functional projects, and development of SOPs and reporting tools.
