What you'll do
- Track and analyze fulfillment KPIs and support performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners.
- Assist with capacity planning, peak-season readiness, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and the development of operational SOPs, reports, and tracking tools.
