What you'll do
- Diagnose and improve device connectivity and call audio, working with firmware engineers and identifying fixes across firmware, hardware, or partnerships.
- Build quality instrumentation and reporting, run field and internal tests, and turn findings into a prioritized engineering backlog.
- Communicate progress, results, and next steps to product and engineering partners.
