What you'll do
- Run Boston and Kosovo refurbishment operations, manage capacity and performance metrics, and grow the future-state refurbishment network.
- Establish and manage external repair and refurbishment partners, including quality, KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs.
- Own returns and RMA processes, material review, rework, failure-analysis coordination, inventory recharging, and end-of-life disposal.
