Maintains facilities, building services, and production equipment to ensure code compliance, reliability, and minimal production disruption.
What you'll do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs; develop programs to improve equipment reliability.
- Manage maintenance vendors and contracts, direct contractors and employees, and respond to facility emergencies.
- Prepare cost estimates and capital requests, reduce facilities costs, and maintain maintenance records and status reports.
