Provides factory-level technical support for TMEIC solar inverters, including field commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, and client issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Advise clients and engineers, diagnose equipment failures, and provide technical support in the field and remotely.
- Commission, install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and replace photovoltaic inverter system components.
- Document service cases and field findings, coordinate warranty replacements, and respond to after-hours issues on rotating phone duty.
