What you'll do
- Develop and execute the segment’s service plan, including offerings, staffing, budgets, and revenue and margin objectives.
- Identify and advance service opportunities, support proposals and contract terms, and coordinate delivery with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead client issue resolution, warranty analysis, team development, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
