Own and evolve Toast’s talent acquisition systems, integrations, reporting, vendor relationships, and roadmap.
What you'll do
- Administer Greenhouse, GoodTime, and BrightHire, including configuration, access, workflows, compliance, and releases.
- Own integrations, automate manual work, and build reporting and dashboards across the TA systems stack.
- Set the systems roadmap, evaluate tools including AI-enabled recruiting products, and manage vendors and renewals.

- 5+ years in HR or TA systems, People Systems, or a closely adjacent systems role, including hands-on ownership of an ATS at scale.
- Deep administrative expertise in at least one core recruiting platform and experience translating business requirements into technical solutions through implementation and support.
- Technical fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and iPaaS or middleware; experience integrating an ATS with an HRIS.
- Vendor management experience and practical knowledge of recruiting-data compliance, including EEOC and OFCCP requirements, GDPR/CCPA, data retention, and interview recording consent.
Nice to have
- Greenhouse experience; direct administrative experience with GoodTime and BrightHire.
- Experience standing up, migrating, or consolidating an ATS; mentoring or managing people; evaluating and deploying AI in recruiting; or high-volume and field-based hiring.
Pay
$128,000 — $205,000 USD (base salary); $111,000 — $178,000 USD (base salary); $100,000 — $160,000 USD (base salary)
