Provides technical legal counsel across Toast’s product lifecycle, advising teams on regulatory, privacy, AI, data, and platform-design risks.
What you'll do
- Advise product, engineering, data, and marketing teams from product development through launch, including marketing review.
- Counsel on AI and machine-learning systems, platform and API design, data use, privacy, access control, and applicable laws.
- Translate legal requirements into technical guidance and build scalable processes for resolving legal questions.
