Staff Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Own the ML lifecycle from problem framing and data exploration through modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design ML and statistical models, and lead experimentation and cross-functional work to improve business and product outcomes.
• Guide technical standards and architecture, mentor data scientists, and promote use of AI tools in development workflows.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of data science experience delivering production ML systems with measurable impact.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and model evaluation; experience with product data at scale, distributed processing, real-time inference, and MLOps.
• Experience leading experimentation, causal inference, and real-time decision systems, and mentoring data scientists or serving as a tech lead.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks, software engineering practices, and cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling or experience fine-tuning LLMs and applying RLHF.
