About the job
Design and deliver client-specific data-generation, labeling, and evaluation solutions that support AI model training and assessment, while leading technical client relationships and solution engineering practices.
What you'll do
- Partner with senior client leaders to diagnose AI data needs and recommend evidence-based strategies.
- Design, build, test, and deliver multi-stage data pipelines and AI-driven solutions, from MVP through production.
- Own delivery and commercial outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and mentor engineers while establishing reusable standards.

- Strong understanding of modern LLM training, fine-tuning, and evaluation, including SFT, RLHF/RLAIF, DPO/PPO, reward modeling, and LoRA/PEFT.
- Hands-on experience designing complex AI solutions and multi-stage pipelines; proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas), API integration, and prototyping LLM-powered solutions.
- Solid software engineering foundations, including version control, testing, MVP thinking, and iterative development.
Nice to have
- Hands-on LLM training or fine-tuning and/or agentic systems experience; production software experience is also a plus.
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI, CS, or a related field; crowdsourcing/data-centric AI, frontier AI client delivery, strategy consulting, or applied ML/LLM engineering experience.
