Leads hands-on enterprise fine-tuning engagements from client discovery and scoping through delivery, while building repeatable processes to scale the practice.
What you'll do
- Lead client discovery, prioritize use cases, develop business cases and ROI, and scope and deliver engagements, including hosting, SLAs, and security reviews.
- Manage active projects, client stakeholders, scope, timelines, and enterprise procurement, IT, and security processes.
- Partner with sales and internal teams to improve production GenAI systems and create scalable offerings and playbooks.
