Owns end-to-end delivery of complex U.S. government programs, coordinating customers and internal teams, supporting pre-sale opportunities, and building delivery processes.
What you'll do
- Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, deliverables, invoicing, and compliance across concurrent programs.
- Serve as primary customer contact and align internal teams, contractors, and other delivery partners.
- Support government opportunity reviews and proposals; build program tracking, governance, and reporting standards.
What they ask for
- 8+ years of hands-on program or project management delivering complex technical programs for or with U.S. government customers, with direct delivery responsibility.
- Direct experience with U.S. government agencies and government procurement and contracting.
- Track record of owning end-to-end programs, building execution processes, and managing multiple concurrent programs.
- Strong cross-functional influence and English communication skills; eligibility for security clearance; willingness to travel within the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
