About the job
Leads the TorcOS engineering organization and delivery of foundational embedded software platforms for Torc’s autonomous driving systems.
What you'll do
- Sets execution strategy, engineering processes, organizational standards, and delivery priorities across TorcOS software domains.
- Builds and develops engineering teams and leaders, including coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
- Coordinates with platform, autonomy, hardware, safety, and integration teams to deliver reliable, scalable software platforms.
