Trains, audits, and coaches in-vehicle fallback test drivers (IFTDs) while serving on autonomous truck testing shifts and supporting fleet safety and compliance.
What you'll do
- Deliver and improve IFTD training, requalification, coaching, and training records.
- Monitor and audit driving practices, conduct in-cab work as a qualified IFTD, and provide feedback to operations, safety, and engineering teams.
- Support safe operation of autonomous Class 8 trucks and compliance with applicable regulations and program requirements.
