Supervise personnel and logistics for daily Class 8 autonomous-truck testing operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution and coordination across teams.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily testing operations, staffing, schedules, shift handoffs, and operational resources.
- Lead and develop In-Vehicle Fallback Test Drivers (IFTDs) and Fleet Operations Specialists (FOSs), including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Enforce safety and regulatory requirements; coordinate fleet readiness, reporting, and cross-functional support for testing.
