About the job
Enters and reviews vendor invoices, supports vendor onboarding and payment approvals, and maintains accurate accounts payable records.
What you'll do
- Enter vendor invoices into NetSuite and maintain supporting records.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, payment-detail confirmation, and invoice approval routing.
- Flag invoice discrepancies, missing information, and coding questions for resolution.
