About the job
Supports adoption and ongoing improvement of Torus’s NetSuite ERP through documentation, data governance, configuration, training, user support, and enhancement coordination.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain NetSuite configuration, process, and SOP documentation; monitor data quality.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite forms, searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, and workflows; troubleshoot issues.
- Deliver user training, coordinate UAT, support users, and manage enhancement intake and release communications.
