Develop and maintain Tower’s internal agentic system to automate coding, performance improvement, and model-building tasks, integrating tools while meeting regulatory and production-isolation requirements.
What you'll do
- Improve the agentic harness, including memory handling, subagent distribution, and support for current LLMs.
- Build long-horizon autonomous task capabilities and integrate tools and MCP connections with Tower systems.
- Work with quantitative developers and researchers to prioritize automation, and ensure regulatory compliance and production isolation.
