About the job
Provides day-to-day operational support for Tower’s Research HPC fleet, including user support, monitoring, troubleshooting, provisioning, maintenance, and documentation.
What you'll do
- Support HPC users and resolve or escalate scheduling, compute, storage, access, job, and infrastructure issues.
- Monitor fleet health and perform established maintenance, patching, configuration updates, provisioning, reinstalls, and decommissions.
- Maintain runbooks and user guides, and identify recurring issues and potential workflow improvements or automation.
