Own Town’s workplace technology and day-to-day compliance and customer-trust operations, keeping systems reliable, secure, and easy to use.
What you'll do
- Manage office networks, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, employee devices, access, vendors, and workplace technology projects.
- Operate SOC 2 and Vanta compliance processes, including controls, evidence collection, audits, vendor-risk reviews, and remediation.
- Coordinate customer security reviews and questionnaires, maintain trust documentation, and improve recurring work with runbooks, integrations, and automation.
