About the job
Lead the redesign, implementation, and ongoing operation of TPG’s identity governance and administration program, including platform integration, process automation, and governance maturity.
What you'll do
- Set IGA strategy and roadmap, and lead redesign and implementation or migration of the selected platform.
- Design and operate identity lifecycle, access request, certification, role, segregation-of-duties, and privileged-access governance processes.
- Integrate applications, automate workflows, define audit and risk metrics, and work with business and technical teams to drive adoption.

- Hands-on experience implementing and administering one or more enterprise IGA platforms.
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access certification, role-based access control, and segregation of duties.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity standards including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; scripting or programming experience and comfort with REST APIs and application connectors.
