Supports the accounts payable workflow by processing invoices, resolving payment issues, reconciling vendor accounts, and assisting with vendor relations.
What you'll do
- Review, code, and process invoices; match them to purchase orders and receipts, and ensure required approvals.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, payment exceptions, and vendor inquiries; verify banking changes and support fraud prevention.
- Reconcile vendor statements, monitor aging and credits, and assist with vendor onboarding.
