About the job
Manages commercial contracts and corporate legal processes while supporting Trace3’s Legal Department and counsel.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate partner and client agreements, including master services, subcontractor, reseller, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Maintain contracts and corporate records; manage contract approvals, signatures, and the contract management system.
- Coordinate insurance requirements and state and local filings, and support entity formation and capital calls for a related VC funding platform.

- 2–3 years as a Contracts Manager with paralegal functions, or 2–3 years as an in-house Corporate Paralegal with a strong contracts management background.
