Provides advanced onsite and remote technical support for client data center server, storage, and networking hardware, diagnosing escalated issues and leading remediation.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and validate server hardware and platform management functions.
- Lead root cause analysis, develop remediation plans, and coordinate client, partner, and vendor resolution efforts.
- Document service work, manage spare-parts inventory and RMAs, and support data center installations and decommissions.
