Provides onsite data center support, including remote hands, infrastructure and cabling work, hardware maintenance, asset management, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Install, test, label, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling; install and move data center equipment.
- Inspect, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot compute, network, and storage equipment; document work and validate remote access.
- Manage incoming equipment and inventory, maintain customer records, and coordinate service requests and stakeholders.
What they ask for

- Good understanding of the OSI model and ability to independently research Internet technologies, including firewall/router/switch/VPN/DNS/Proxy.
- Good command of written and spoken English; excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
