Provides client-facing network engineering and physical infrastructure installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support, with a focus on enterprise wireless networks and extensive travel.
What you'll do
- Design, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise wireless networks; conduct RF coverage studies, throughput testing, and site surveys.
- Install, configure, update, and decommission enterprise network and hardware infrastructure at client sites; document designs, issues, and service transitions.
- Conduct client meetings, perform root cause analysis, and guide lower-level technicians.
