Provides on-site and remote client support for enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on wireless network design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and heavy travel.
What you'll do
- Design, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize wireless LANs; conduct RF coverage studies, throughput tests, and site surveys.
- Install, decommission, and configure enterprise network equipment and physical infrastructure, and document designs, issues, and service transitions.
- Conduct client meetings, resolve communication issues, support peers, and escalate critical problems as needed.
