Leads regional inside sales support, manages and develops the team, and performs individual sales responsibilities to improve sales operations and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Coach direct reports, onboard and train new hires, and support team development.
- Manage sales performance through metrics, KPIs, workflows, and reporting; improve sales processes and tools.
- Coordinate with regional teams on strategy, service targets, escalations, and customer needs while handling quotes, orders, returns, and related transactions.
