About the job
Provides operational payroll processing, reporting, compliance, employee support, and backup commissions administration across Trace3 and affiliated entities.
What you'll do
- Process full-cycle payroll, including corrections, commissions, bonuses, and final paychecks; reconcile records and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to payroll inquiries, maintain compliant employee and payroll records, and prepare reports and audit documentation.
- Document workflows, improve processes, and support payroll projects such as implementations, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
