Supports Sales Operations by validating item records, reviewing sales orders and renewal opportunities, creating purchase orders, and fulfilling software, support, and virtual items.
What you'll do
- Validate new item records and populate business unit and financial attributes; check renewable orders for attached renewal opportunities.
- Review sales orders for accuracy, enter purchase orders in NetSuite, and help resolve discrepancies with Accounting and Sales.
- Track processed-order backlog and fulfill items based on vendor fulfillment documents.

- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
