Provides hands-on data center infrastructure, compute, network, storage, asset-management, and customer support, while mentoring technicians and completing service requests.
What you'll do
- Install, test, label, and troubleshoot data center cabling and equipment; support infrastructure projects and operations.
- Assist with operating system, network, and storage configuration, deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and asset tracking.
- Train and mentor technicians, manage service requests and reports, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in on-call support.
