Modernize, integrate, and sustain Java applications for mission-critical systems in classified DoD environments, working across the software development lifecycle and supporting containerized deployments.
What you'll do
- Analyze, maintain, enhance, and refactor legacy Java applications; assess dependencies and technical debt.
- Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and document software, including RESTful and gRPC services and messaging integrations.
- Integrate applications with Oracle databases and support Docker-based deployments in Kubernetes environments.
What they ask for
- Strong Java development experience, including Java EE/J2EE, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, JMS, RMI, and multithreaded applications.
- Experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, or similar application servers; REST APIs, gRPC, and Spring Boot.
- Experience integrating with Oracle databases and enterprise messaging technologies such as IBM MQ or JMS.
- Active Secret clearance, or clearance active within 24 months; IAT Level II DoD 8570 requirement.
Nice to have

Pay
$130,000 — $210,000 USD base salary
