Supports the Solutions Architecture team in designing customer solutions, while gaining hands-on exposure to technical consulting and customer environments.

- Help document customer requirements, create solution documentation and bills of materials, and support product demonstrations.
- Research technical questions and assist with troubleshooting system configuration conflicts.
- Communicate with customers and sales teams about solutions and help address their questions.
