Sr. Solutions Architect, AI Solutions

What you'll do

• Run client discovery and workshops; design, document, and present AI architectures for pursuits.
• Assess data readiness and design agentic AI workflows, prototypes, and production-readiness safeguards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Services, and other practices; create reusable assets and support the delivery handoff.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in technology, including 4+ years designing or building AI, machine learning, or data solutions; 2+ years in technical presales, solutions architecture, or consulting with technical decision responsibility on client pursuits.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, modern AI and ML frameworks, LLM application development, retrieval architectures, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with a major cloud AI stack and modern data platform; practical production AI, evaluation, cost/performance, security, and governance experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consulting, advisory, or solutions firm where technical design drives commercial scope; relevant cloud AI, data platform, or ML engineering certifications.
• Industry depth in healthcare, financial services, public sector, or manufacturing; or visible applied AI work.

Pay

$190,000—$200,000 USD base salary
