About the job
Leads the strategy, growth, operations, and profitability of Trace3’s Managed Services business, including Data Center Services and the NOC.
What you'll do
- Scale the practice, grow revenue, and maintain strong margins and operational performance; develop and launch new service offerings.
- Partner with Sales on bookings, retention, and growth, and serve as executive sponsor for key customer relationships and escalations.
- Lead and develop teams while establishing metrics, processes, and business cases for sustainable growth and service excellence.
